Job description:

We are seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to manage environmental, health, and safety compliance across multiple manufacturing facilities in North America. This role will oversee environmental permitting, regulatory reporting, safety programs, and incident investigations while partnering with plant leadership to ensure safe and compliant operations.

This position can be based at one of the following locations:

  • Long Valley, NJ
  • Waterloo, NY
  • Lamar, SC
  • Dyersburg, TN
  • Idaho Falls,
  • Trenton, Ontario, Canada

Travel: Approximately 30% travel to other company facilities in the U.S. and occasional travel to Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Title V air permits and facility air permitting compliance.
  • Oversee hazardous waste management in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate and submit TRI and Tier II environmental reports
    .
  • Manage SPCC programs and stormwater compliance requirements.
  • ]Conduct and document accident and incident investigations
    , including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Develop and support facility safety programs and compliance initiatives
    .
  • Provide OSHA and EPA training to employees and leadership teams.
  • Partner with site managers to ensure consistent EHS policies and procedures across multiple facilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
    .
  • 35 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of Title V permits, air permitting, hazardous waste management, and environmental reporting
    .
  • Strong understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations
    .
  • Experience with incident investigations and root cause analysis
    .
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage compliance across multiple sites and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, including occasional travel to Canada.
