We are seeking a Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our engineering team based in Bedminster. This onsite role involves mechanical design of air separation tanks, collaborating with process, controls, and other design engineers.

This position is suitable for candidates experienced in piping, pressure vessels, and mechanical systems related to air separation. It offers growth opportunities and potential career transitions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) to support mechanical system design
• Design and develop mechanical systems including piping, pressure vessels, and air separation components
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver compliant engineering solutions
• Ensure all designs adhere to industry codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Participate in design reviews and assist with technical problem-solving during implementation

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience working with P&IDs
• Hands-on experience with piping, vessel, or air separation system design
• Strong understanding of mechanical codes and standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary engineering team
