Overview
As a Reliability Engineer
, you will be responsible for improving the reliability of the plant with regard to equipment, procedures and working methods by analyzing the performance of the plant and consequently developing a preventive and predictive maintenance plan.
- Display and promote positive safety behaviors at all times; use proper personal protective equipment, appropriate safety tools, equipment and procedures to ensure that self and others go home safe each day; that area and equipment operate at the highest safety levels; that all people in the area comply with the safety requirements and keep the area neat and clean.
- Analyze the plant and determine the criticality of installed equipment. For critical equipment, perform Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA), equipment specific for high critical, generic for medium critical.
- Translate Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) plan into specific preventive maintenance activities and procedures.
- Identify and prioritize performance issues and cost drivers related to equipment reliability by evaluating the performance of the plant in terms of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), using statistical methods, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis).
- Propose and initiate technical solutions to eliminate actual and potential performance issues and discuss with stakeholders (maintenance, production, business, etc.). Ensure handover to appropriate work process. Safeguard the availability of critical and other spare parts for the plant.

- Bachelors/Masters in an Engineering discipline
-Mechanical Engineer preferred. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience is required.
- Superior advisory, communication, social skills, safely practices and accountability.
- Detailed knowledge of relevant Manufacturing Excellence work processes such as Improve Equipment Reliability and Maintenance and overall understanding of production environment processes.
- Skilled utilizing relevant practices such as Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), etc.
