- Sr. Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Metallic Material Engineering with 5 years of experience
- Validate product details against the corresponding OE reference, GD&T, and FEA
- Collaborate with vendors on manufacturing details, leveraging an in-depth understanding of metallurgy and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)
- Maintain product technical information for Prophet 21 and its WMS system
- Conduct mechanical tests to support ISO and regulatory requirements
- Ensure adherence to the QMS and proper calibration of all equipment
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, designs, and competitor products to translate them into material/product specifications
- Collaborate with product managers on product development and optimization
- Enhance design specifications and reliability using Geomagic Design X
