• Controls Technician

• Lawrenceville, NJ

• Prior Experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
• Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems
• Fundamental understanding installing and testing building automation systems
• Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
• Work closely with controls installations and start up/termination of equipment and programs
• Troubleshoot and manipulate current installed BAS programs
• Communicate efficiently with building owners as well as end users
• Knowledge of controls programming and graphics is nice to have
