We are offering exciting opportunities for Highway Designers and Summer Engineering Interns in the Transportation Department of our Mount Laurel office.

• Assist in the design and development of conceptual alternative and final design plans for highway, roadway, interchange, and drainage projects
• Assist in the design and production of traffic control and staging plans and traffic, signage, and striping plans
• Perform geometric designs and plan development utilizing a variety of computer design software, including Micro Station, AutoCAD, InRoads, Auto Turn and Guide Sign
• Assist in the design of ADA‑compliant facilities, including sidewalks, shared‑use paths, and intersection curb ramps

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required for full‑time position
• Must be a detail-oriented, self-starter, and comfortable working in a team environment
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with Micro Station V8i and Bentley In‑Roads (preferred)
• EIT certification and prior internship experience (preferred)
