At The Goddard School of Hazlet
, we believe early learning should be engaging, supportive, and full of joy. Our school is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore, grow, and succeed. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced early childhood teacher to join our team.

• Hands‑on experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool‑aged children, preferably in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
• A CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (completed or in progress)
• A genuine passion for early childhood development and creating meaningful learning experiences
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both families and team members
• A commitment to professional growth and continuous learning

• Design and carry out age‑appropriate lessons that align with our established curriculum
• Maintain a classroom environment that is safe, organized, and supportive

Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full‑time, approximately 40 hours per week

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Preschool Lead Teacher (required)
• Ability to commute to Hazlet, NJ 07730
• Position is on‑site
