Part Time Childcare Educator - Ocean Township School District at Right : $16.00–$18.00 (based on education and experience). Program

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–8:45 AM and 2:45 PM–6:00 PM.

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, share ideas, discuss progress, encourage collaboration and accountability.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities: prepare curriculum and lead structured, educational, and enjoyable activities.
• Lead by example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance and classroom management.
• Prioritize safety and joy: monitor the environment, address hazards, and follow all safety protocols, including documentation of attendance and incidents.
• Effective communication with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Team‑oriented and collaborative.
• At least 1 year experience working with children under 13 years.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire love of learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

• Meet state‑specific requirements
• First Aid and CPR – in‑person
• Cleared tuberculosis test
• Proof of MMR
• 18+ years of age
• Proof of high school diploma/GED
