• Qualifications: Minimum of High school Diploma. Preferred an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or a CDA Credential—or the willingness to obtain education credits with our support.
• Experience: Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education, particularly with toddlers and preschoolers.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, effective stress management, and adept multitasking abilities.

• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, ensuring the safety and well-being of our children.
