The Director of Alumni and Family Engagement (DAFE) helps parents, guardians, alumni and friends of the school connect to the work and mission of MFS in ways that build and maintain a community of engaged supporters. The Director conceives of, develops and orchestrates programs, events, and volunteer opportunities for alumni, parents, guardians, and grandparents; serves as the liaison to, and manages the volunteer leadership of, the MFS Alumni Association, Parent Council, and other parent groups;
recruits, engages and supports Class Reunion volunteers; and manages a leadership annual giving portfolio of at least 25 donors. This is a full‑time, 12‑month professional position reporting to the Director of Development. The position entails frequent evening and weekend obligations including committee meetings, special events, and regional alumni gatherings.
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 – Compensation is based on a combination of years of experience and education.
