The Rancocas Valley Regional High School (RVRHS) District serves five sending districts covering approximately 40-square miles in Burlington County:
Eastampton, Hainesport, Lumberton, Mount Holly and Westampton. RVRHS is situated on a picturesque campus in Mount Holly, NJ.

RV PREP is the district’s off-site alternative learning environment that was designed to meet the unique learning needs of students who struggled with success on the main campus.

RV PREP provides an empowering learning environment to equip students for a diverse world. Through a personalized curriculum centered on self-pride, resilience, and self-advocacy, we teach life skills, job readiness, and overcoming obstacles as a pathway to success. Our program instills belief in limitless potential, fosters empathy, and promotes community impact. Together, we break barriers and prioritize personal growth.

Assist teachers in the implementation of individualized or small group instructional activities.

Support students with academic tasks, organization and goal setting.

Help manage classroom behavior using trauma-informed and restorative practices.

Support the implementation of social-emotional learning strategies and interventions.

Build positive relationships with students to encourage attendance, engagement and success.

Provide classroom coverage when teachers are absent

30 college credits and sub certificate required.

Experience or demonstrated willingness to work with high school students in educational or youth-focused settings.

Understanding of adolescent development

Ability to remain flexible, calm, patient and solution focused in fast-paced, challenging situations

Criminal History Background Check

$18-22 per hour, depending on experience

Full time health, dental and prescription benefits included, after 60 days HERE
