Adjunct Instructor, Intro to Communication Science and Disorders (Req.
2321)

Salary: $2,505.00 Annually

Caldwell University invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor to teach “Introduction to Communication Science and Disorders” for the Department of Nursing and Health Services. The course will run in person, on campus, during the Spring 2026 semester, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:20 pm to 5:35 pm.

Master’s Degree, experience in the field, and certification as a speech-language pathologist or audiologist are required.

Adjunct Instructor, Medical Surg (Req. 2315)

Caldwell University invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor to teach “Medical Surg” for the Department of Nursing and Health Services. The clinical rotation is for the Spring 2026 semester, January 20th‑May 17th.

Masters of Science in Nursing is required for this position. Applicants must also have a current New Jersey Registered Nurse licensure as well as current clinical experience. A Doctorate in Nursing or related field is preferred. Prior teaching experience in a BSN program is also preferred. Candidates must be willing to support the Dominican Catholic, liberal arts mission of the University.

Caldwell University invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor to teach all levels of ASL, including a possible course in Deaf culture, in person for the Department of Modern Languages. This is an undergraduate course for the Spring 2026 semester.

Masters required. Ph.D. preferred. Prior teaching experience required. Must demonstrate strong communication skills.

Adjunct Instructor, Epidemiology (Req.
2299)

Salary:$1600 for development of course map and course build beginning in the Fall and $3000 to teach the 7-week online course in the Spring.

The Public Health Department is seeking a qualified and experienced Adjunct Instructor to develop and teach an online Epidemiology course. The instructor will be responsible for creating a comprehensive and engaging curriculum, utilizing the Blackboard learning management system, and providing a high-quality educational experience for students. This position requires expertise in epidemiological principles, research methods, and public health applications. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Course Development:
    Design and build an entire online Epidemiology course, including a syllabus, lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and exams. The course should align with departmental learning objectives and cover fundamental topics such as disease causality, study design (e.g., cohort, case-control), measures of association, and outbreak investigation. The course will be ADA compliant and include the development of a course map.
  • Instruction:
    The instructor must be proficient in using Blackboard to manage course content, facilitate learning, communicate with students, and evaluate student progress.
  • Student Engagement:
