Phoenix Headache Institute is seeking a fellowship trained headache physician for a new headache clinic in the beautiful setting of Scottsdale, AZ. This is a 100% outpatient-based clinic setting. Candidate would be working with a senior headache physician and alongside 3‑4 advanced practice providers. The clinic holds an infusion center staffed by a full-time infusion nurse. The 4,000 sq‑ft facility was designed specifically for headache medicine. This is a full-time position in the clinic with 10‑20% telehealth. No hospital work is required.

Income is productivity based and could be substantial for the right physician. Candidate would be working closely with advanced practice providers which will add significantly to productivity. An income guarantee of up to $350,000 per year is offered. Relocation and signing bonus up to $35,000. Group medical/dental insurance available.

Being board certified/eligible in neurology is preferred, but training in other specialties is acceptable if sufficient training or experience in headache medicine can be demonstrated. This is a great opportunity for a new fellow graduate to get started in headache medicine and help build and shape a unique patient‑based private practice headache center.
