Location:
Wall Township, NJ (Office-based within a distribution center)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30‑minute lunch). Training 4-6 weeks, fully in-office. After training hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 remote. Office days Wednesday and Tuesday (or Thursday).

Seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Consumer Care Specialist to support the sales order process by providing exceptional service to customers primarily via email. After training, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing product knowledge, item numbers, tracking details, and website navigation support
- Assist with billing and invoicing procedures
- Track shipments and inventory
- Provide price quotes and order status updates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using internal systems
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell or promote relevant products when appropriate
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, distribution center environment
- Prior experience in customer support or eCommerce preferred
- Familiarity with order management systems and inventory tracking tools is a plus
Office-based within a distribution center. Hybrid schedule after training:
Must be in‑office on Wednesdays, with Tuesday or Thursday as the second in‑office day. Training period: 4-6 weeks, fully in‑office.
Contract position based out of Colts Neck, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.50/hr.
