Primary PurposePRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
THIS A FULL-TIME TEMPORARY ROLE IN A CALL CENTER. With supervision, provides efficient and courteous customer relations.
Primary Duties- Has contact with residential and non-residential customers through all communications media.
- Handle's customer inquiries and service, providing information related to but not limited to;
Billing, processing payments, Collections, field orders, Marketing and Company policy questions, etc. - When appropriate, promotes additional products and services to customers. As required performs other related work.
- THIS A FULL-TIME TEMPORARY ROLE IN A CALL CENTER.
- Eligible upon demonstration of ability, fitness and other qualifications after six (6) months in top rate of Customer Care Associate classification to go to first step of Customer Care Representative classification.
- Minimum of two years post-secondary credits or customer service experience acceptable to the Company, PC skills a plus.
- Must pass typing test of 20 wpm.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to pass entry and progression testing when developed.
- Ability to learn policies and procedures of Customer Care.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts and schedules, and work overtime hours as required.
- Demonstrates the ability to satisfy customers needs by providing flexible, caring, knowledgeable service. Using correct grammar, as well as the ability to understand oral and written communication in English is necessary.

Required:
Normal lifting. May require considerable walking.
- Hourly rates will be paid in accordance with terms of the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience or collective bargaining agreement: $27.07/Hr.
