Bilingual Customer Service

We are currently looking for an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our corporate team in Springfield, NJ. This individual will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued building industry clients and supporting our continued growth.

• Provide outstanding customer service in a high call‑volume setting
• Accurately generate and manage customer price quotes
• Follow up on quotes and identify cross‑selling opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team on territory development and customer engagement
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment (required)
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
• Proficient in speaking both English & Spanish, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Detail‑oriented with strong math skills and the ability to multitask
• A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to also work independently

Hourly Salary: $22‑23 per hour, depending upon experience level.
