Customer Service Representative – Colombia
3M is a global leader dedicated to innovation and customer excellence. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve external customers for the USA and Canada business units via phone, email, and online systems, providing pricing, availability, and order status updates and resolving issues.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls regarding product pricing, availability, and order status.
- Collect and analyze customer issues and engage the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery, coordinating with sales, pricing, and logistics teams.
- Implement process improvements and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, supply chain, AR/disputes/returns, technical support).
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding order patterns, actively listening, and providing creative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- English Level B2+ or higher.
- Three (3) years of customer service experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Experience in ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce).
- Strong problem‑solving, self‑motivation, and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional groups.
- High level of experience interacting with cross‑functional teams such as supply chain, planning, program management, and sales.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and discretion.
- Onsite at Bogota, Colombia – at least four days a week.
- No travel required, occasional domestic or international travel if needed.
