Cynthia’s Atelier is a high‑end bridal and special‑occasion alterations studio known for couture‑level craftsmanship, exceptional fit, and an elevated client experience. We are seeking a skilled, detail‑oriented seamstress who is looking for a long‑term position in a professional, respectful work environment.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working with beautiful garments, and values consistency, stability, and growth.

• Perform precision alterations on bridal gowns, evening wear, formal wear, and select ready‑to‑wear pieces
• Execute hems, bustles, bodice adjustments, sleeve work, lace, and beading refinements
• Collaborate with our fittings team to achieve excellent fit and finish
• Maintain high standards of quality, garment care, and craftsmanship
• Contribute to a calm, organized, and professional studio environment

• Proven experience as a seamstress or tailor (bridal or formal wear experience strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and reliability
• Interest in a long‑term position (not freelance or short‑term)
• Part‑Time, up to full‑time during busy seasons
• Consistent schedule (no on‑call or gig work)
