We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Estimator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the commercial construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
- Conduct site visits to gather relevant project data
- Collaborate with senior estimators to refine project scopes and cost breakdowns
- Help manage project timelines and budgets
- Track and update project estimates as needed
Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
