We are seeking motivated and experienced Construction Inspectors to join our Field and Laboratory Services team. The ideal candidates will hold current certifications in ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I, Concrete Construction Special Inspector, and/or Soil/asphalt Compaction Inspection. Inspectors will perform field testing, collect and transport construction materials samples, and conduct laboratory testing and inspections on active construction sites.

• Perform field sampling and testing of concrete, soils, and aggregates in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and project specifications
• Inspect concrete placement and reinforcement prior to pours
• Monitor soil compaction and asphalt activities and verify in-place density using approved test methods
• Prepare accurate daily field reports, photographs, and sample documentation
• Transport samples to lab facilities for further testing
• Communicate findings and issues to project managers and contractors clearly and professionally

• ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I (mandatory)
• ICC Concrete Construction Special Inspector (preferred)
• Soils/Compaction Inspection Certification (NICET, Troxler training, or equivalent preferred)
• NJSAT or Equivalent HMA Plant Technologist Level 1 and/or Level 2;
  Asphalt Plant Technician Level 1 and/or Level 2

• 1+ years of relevant construction inspection or testing experience
• Familiarity with field safety protocols and DOT specifications
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbsand work in varied site conditions
