- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers while establishing a positive rapport with every customer/stakeholder.
- Understand and follow corporate policy and procedures.
- Daily communication with external and internal customers.
- Maintain customer license documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries by email, phone, and fax; process customer purchase orders; and resolve documentation or claim requests.
- Customer setup, on-boarding, and ongoing maintenance.
- Produce and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Collaborate with external and internal departments for SOM compliance.
- General computer proficiency with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent record keeping and organizational skills.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities; able to meet accelerated timelines.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- 1-3 years of work experience preferred.

Min USD $30.00/Hr.;
Max USD $35.34/Hr.
- Work in a temperature-controlled office environment; occasional travel by vehicle or other transportation.
- Occasional handling of objects; ability to talk, hear, and walk during the course of employment.
- Some degree of travel for business purposes.
- Use of computer, phone, copier and other office equipment as part of daily tasks.
- Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception; ability to adjust focus. Sedentary work; occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
