Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Inventory Control Analyst I to join their team. As a Inventory Control Analyst I, you will be part of the Inventory Management Department supporting operational and financial functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and a detail‑oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay rate:What’s the Job?- Schedule and revise shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customers.
- Analyze inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine reorder points, ensuring product availability while minimizing inventory costs.
- Write inventory reports, perform cycle counts, and determine periodic asset valuations.
- Support daily operational decision-making by maintaining accurate inventory data aligned with company controls.
- Act as a key link between production activities and financial/accounting requirements related to material movement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, especially in inventory management modules.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and evaluate trends.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on process improvement and operational accuracy.
- Ability to follow established procedures and work under supervision in a support role.
- Opportunity to work onsite at the Paulsboro Lubricants Plant in New Jersey.
- Competitive pay rate up to $34.50 per hour.
- Work schedule primarily during evening/night shifts with potential for overtime.
