Overview
Corporate Land Content Leader – Americas is a strategic role dedicated to shaping and executing content strategies that deliver preferred hotel and car products to travelers, maximize corporate land margins, and unlock new revenue opportunities. This position addresses gaps in content governance, onboarding processes, and revenue management by ensuring competitive, commissionable rates are surfaced and sold through self-service booking tools. The role will collaborate with regional implementation teams, revenue management stakeholders, and global supply partners to suppress low-margin content, optimize preferred partner visibility, and create differentiated onboarding offers that drive incremental sales and retention.
Success will impact margin recovery, booking capture, and overall profitability across the Americas.

New York City, Montvale, Philadelphia, or Boston, with availability in Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

- Strong understanding of corporate transient travel and hotel/car distribution models.
- Proven experience in content strategy, revenue management, or product optimization within a TMC or travel supplier environment.
- Analytical skills to interpret margin performance and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in online booking tools (e.g., Concur), Microsoft Office Suite; GDS experience (Sabre) is highly desirable.
- Reduction in low-margin hotel and car content usage.
- Growth in preferred partner sales mix and margin recovery.
- Successful implementation of onboarding offers generating incremental revenue.
- Improved accuracy and competitiveness of rate content across booking tools.

Salary: The position anticipates an annual salary of $130,000, base salary dependent on experience, location, and job requirements.
