Desk Recruiter

We are looking for a Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team! This role combines business development (sales) with hands-on recruiting. You will build relationships with clients, source candidates, and oversee the full hiring process. • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Meet or exceed sales and placement goals.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
• Match candidates with job opportunities based on skills and experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Manage the hiring process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
• Stay up to date on market trends and hiring needs in.

1-3+ years of experience in staffing, sales, or recruiting.
Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
