Roleand Responsibilities
- Leads DA business sales, marketing, operations, product lifecycle management, supply chain and overall business success.
- Develops channels strategies, including partnerships and alliances, to create a holistic go-to-market approach.
- Negotiates customer sales agreements at the corporate or business channel level and ensures commitments are delivered; builds strong customer relationships to identify new opportunities and ensure high customer service and satisfaction.
- Develops and retains a high-quality, high-performing sales, product management, marketing and supply chain teams.
- Engages with the Global HQ leadership in Suwon, South Korea to drive alignment and execution of global initiatives.
- Operates with executive presence to build a multi-billion-dollar growth plan in the appliance space.
- 20+ years of GM and go-to-market experience in Consumer Electronics, Appliance or Consumer Goods.
- Significant experience in B2C business operations, sales, and change management.
- Experience leading a large sales and marketing organization with results within defined time frames.
- Understanding of technical product and development materials.
- Ability to lead large organizations and integrated customer/channel platforms with agility.
- Ability to interact with executives at all levels within customer organizations and across Samsung.
- Negotiation and influencing skills with customers, peers, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize multiple programs and objectives.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to convey complex business and technical content.
- Ability to set clear objectives, make decisions, direct teams, and measure performance against defined goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
Master’s Degree preferred.
The salary range for this role is expected to be between $350,000 and $500,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
