As a Product Change Manager (PCM), for Tate's Bake Shop you are the driving force that transforms innovation into tangible outcomes. You will lead the coordination of product and packaging changes through effective project planning, execution, control, and a strong sense of ownership. In this role, you’ll connect functions, solve problems, and keep projects moving fast. You will gain end-to-end exposure to the product development lifecycle and can grow your capabilities as a project leader in a dynamic fast‑paced environment across a portfolio of $200MM in Gross Revenue with 5% annual productivity and 15% annual growth.
HowYou Will Contribute
- Manage assigned commercialization projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Lead the stage‑gate process by coordinating cross‑functional readiness, preparing governance documentation, and facilitating leadership decision‑making at each gate.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
- Lead stage‑gate and status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing practical solutions to enhance project delivery.
- Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization.
- Apply and champion project management best practices following Mondelez and NA Ventures methodologies and frameworks.
- 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- PMP certificate is a plus.
- An ownership mindset and proactive approach to solving problems.
- Curiosity and collaboration – ready to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.
- Ability to recognize dependencies and interconnections across functional deliverables.
- A passion for continuous improvement and delivering high‑quality project outcomes.
This role is a key execution position in the I2M framework. You will play a central role in delivering initiatives that impact business performance, learning how to manage scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholders’ expectations. This role provides an ideal foundation for career growth in project and program management.
Salary And BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $115,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results.
