Join us and be part of a company where excellence, customer satisfaction, and our core values are at the heart of everything we do.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:- Cultivate meaningful, trust-filled client relationships that make every interaction feel valuable and energizing.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service to turn challenges into seamless, positive experiences for clients.
- Spotlight new services and creative solutions that help clients level up and stay ahead.
- Lead the full contract renewal journey—tracking timelines, kicking off renewal conversations, and crafting updated agreements that keep partnerships thriving.
- Run dynamic business reviews that spark alignment, inspire new ideas, and uncover ways to elevate performance.
- Host memorable client entertainment experiences—from impactful meetings to fun outings—that deepen relationships and drive loyalty.
- Represent Capacity LLC with enthusiasm at networking events and conferences, building connections that open doors and spark opportunities.

- Ability to travel (mostly to NYC, with occasional national trips — about 25%).
- Experience with contract negotiation.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great experiences.
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Comfortable creating and interpreting charts and graphs in Excel and PowerPoint, and eager to learn new tools.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
