Job Description

As a Product Change Manager, you are the driving force that transforms innovation into tangible outcomes. You will lead the coordination of product and packaging changes through effective project planning, execution, control, and a strong sense of ownership. In this role, you’ll connect functions, solve problems, and keep projects moving fast. You will gain end-to-end exposure to the product development lifecycle and have the opportunity to grow your capabilities as a project leader in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

How

You Will Contribute
  • Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
  • Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
  • Apply project management best practices following Mondelez methodologies and frameworks.
What You Will Bring
  • 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • PMP certificate and Accolade experience are a plus.

Hybrid Role – 3 Days a week from office

Salary and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $86,900 to $119,515; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results.
