• Forecasting demand planning root‑cause analysis experience in Supply Chain – HM is flexible with years of experience (3 years minimum)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V‑lookup formulas, etc.);
  Macros is a big plus
• Great communication & collaborative skills; hard‑working and flexible to work OT as needed
• Need to learn quickly the complicated manual Excel data

Nice to haves:

• Excel Macro/VBA experience
• SAP experience

Schedule:

5 days a week fully onsite

Note:

This position is not a purely temporary contract. Home Manager intends to bring a candidate who can stay long term and extend beyond initial assignment duration.

• Demand Forecasting
• Customer process identification and improvement
• Root cause analysis for sales trends
• Ensure orders are shipped on time to meet customer requested delivery dates
• Forecast accuracy reporting
• Monthly report and semi‑annual preparation and monthly analysis
• Process improvement, sell‑through analysis
• Customer sales forecast to actual sales analysis
• KPI baseline improvement
• Use of supply chain system for order management reporting and forecasting

Activities have a direct impact on both sales revenue and profitability within the assigned account base.

This position will also maintain strong relationships with customers as well as with Samsung Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years related professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations (flexible)
• Forecasting or Demand Planning within retail experience preferred
• Experience in working directly with customers and maintaining positive relationships with them
• Proficiency with advanced Excel functions (advanced formulas, pivot tables, V‑lookups, etc.)
• Self‑starter with strong focus on exceeding customer satisfaction goals
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment
• SAP experience a plus

In the Home Appliance Division supporting the Costco account – heavy forecasting role, with internal sales teams and Costco buyers, order management, detail oriented and organized Excel‑Macros reporting, 3+ years of experience, bachelor’s not required, 3 rounds of on‑site interviews.

Intermediate Level

Contract position based out of Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Pay range: $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
