This position is based in Hazlet, NJ

• Process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls for approximately 3,000 employees using ADP Workforce Now.
• Ensure accuracy in all payroll processes, including time and attendance records, deductions, compensation changes, overtime, shift changes, and withholding adjustments.
• Perform pre- and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks.
• Prepare and deliver all required payroll and related reports for month-end.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries via ticketing system.
• Review and accurately complete periodic and year-end reporting information.
• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned.

• Associate degree in Business Administration or a minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Working Knowledge of E-Time or similar platform.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Solid understanding of payroll processing principles.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and implications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

• Experience with Workday is a plus.
