UVeye is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to join our Office of the CEO, based full‑time in our Teaneck, NJ headquarters. Reporting to the Strategic Chief of Staff, you’ll help drive key initiatives in business intelligence, corporate planning, and strategic execution that shape the company’s growth and direction. This role is highly analytical and impact‑driven, offering broad exposure to UVeye’s executive leadership and technology‑focused projects.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and senior leaders to support decision‑making and delivery of high‑priority company initiatives.
- Participate in and manage key decision‑making forums that shape the company’s direction.
- Partner with executives to drive cross‑functional alignment, ensuring consistent communication and execution across teams.
- Leverage business intelligence and data analysis to guide high‑impact strategic decisions.
- Conduct competitive scanning, benchmarking, and market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM) to identify new opportunities and assess industry positioning.
- Translate market and customer insights into actionable corporate strategies and long‑range planning.
- Support Business Unit Leaders with OKR tracking, performance reporting, and strategic planning.
- Facilitate and manage executive meetings, off‑sites, and planning sessions, maintaining the company’s operating cadence (weekly exec meetings, quarterly reviews, OKRs).
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to develop materials for Board and Investor Relations activities.
- Lead or contribute to special projects spanning government affairs, strategic growth data strategy, and new business incubation.
- Handle confidential CEO initiatives that require discretion, speed, and strategic insight.
- Represent UVeye at industry events, conferences, and executive off‑sites as needed (some travel required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Strategy or related field
- An MBA from a top program is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following functions:
Consulting, Strategy, Finance, GTM, Investor Relations, Banking, or related roles. - Experience in market scanning and market sizing analysis
- Excellent communication and executive‑level presentation skills.
- Expertise in analyzing data in Excel across multiple data sets and creating reusable workbooks for senior audiences.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Slides, Power BI/Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (with emphasis on effective presentations)
- Proven ability to thrive in a high‑growth, fast‑paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a highly matrixed organization through collaboration and innovation.
- Highly independent; ability to work rapidly and productively with general direction.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem‑solving abilities.
