• Performing repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and precision
• Test‑driving vehicles and using diagnostic tools to evaluate systems and components
• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive systems: engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more
• Communicating clearly with Service Advisors to ensure customers are informed of additional service needs and estimated timelines
• Executing warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications

• Proven technician experience in a dealership setting (required)
• Strong working knowledge of the service drive and repair processes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• Steady hands, solid hand‑eye coordination, and attention to detail
• Strong customer service mindset and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new technologies
