Automotive Avenues is expanding our Vehicle Acquisition Team and is seeking experienced, motivated automotive professionals who excel in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in used car management, buying, appraising, & private acquisition preferably who want to focus on vehicle sourcing and negotiation.

• Source vehicles through online leads, inbound inquiries, and in-store opportunities
• Appraise vehicles accurately using market data and internal tools
• Negotiate purchases competitively against local competition as well as national internet based companies and algorithms
• Manage follow-ups and appointments to drive acquisition volume
• Clearly document deal structure, savings, and acquisition notes
• Work closely with recon, management, and sales teams to ensure profitability

Top performers in this role consistently earn $70K–$105K+ annually, with upside for elite producers.

• 3+ years automotive experience (used car manager, buyer, appraiser, or acquisition role preferred)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
