As a future leader at Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Key duties include enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining a safe environment for team members.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. Responsibilities include directing the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians; delivering timely, high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance; communicating directly with customers; assessing needs; providing repair information; and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least 1 year of experience or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, OR automotive repairs/maintenance, OR a combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates ability to perform the duties
