This is an onsite role at Mays Landing, NJ
Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule between 32-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
OverviewOur client is seeking a Mid Administrative Assistant to support their operations team. This full-time onsite position requires a professional who can manage high-volume administrative tasks with precision. The successful candidate will be responsible for essential operational support, including time entry, ordering supplies, and maintaining organizational systems within a team environment of approximately 30 personnel.
Responsibilities- Perform accurate and timely time entry for team members and project tracking.
- Manage and procure office and operational supplies to ensure continuous workflow.
- Maintain a high level of organization and time management to meet daily deadlines.
- Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, manage spreadsheets, and develop presentations.
- Provide clear and professional communication, both written and verbal, across various departments.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of 30 to support general office operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, and handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and other financial tasks, and may also be involved in coordinating office events and projects.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Specific experience working with technical software and administrative systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven expertise in time entry and supply procurement processes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with database management and other specialized software.
- Previous experience supporting a large team or fleet environment.
