Executive Assistant II (Nursing Services Division) - (_EAII_Test)

Pay: HK $19,764 to HK $24,023 per month

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end‑of‑contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and executive support to Nursing Services Division and smart initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation of Smart Nursing Projects as well as future projects of Smart Wards/Hospitals in HKEC.
  • Support the day to day administration functions, office management, meeting coordination, activity/program planning and implementation, and taking minutes/notes of meetings.
  • Collect/verify/input data, perform data analysis, compile statistics, prepare reports and presentation.
  • Support in matters relating to smart hospital initiatives, procurement, purchasing and office supplies.
  • Maintain the nursing homepage website.
  • Assist in the supervision of supporting staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Entry Requirements
  • Completed

    F.5/S.5 with:
    • Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE, including English Language (Syl

      B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent;
      OR
    • 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
    • Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
    • Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent
  • diploma in a specialized function
  • Completed

    F.5/S.5 AND relevant diploma in a specialized function with experience.
  • Preferred Attributes
  • Applicant with post‑secondary education.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated with strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in spoken Cantonese. Good command of written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including English and Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in website development and maintenance is preferred.
  • Possession of relevant experience in digital media, data analytics and applications.
  • Working experience in health services institution is preferred.
  • Serving Staff who have completed

    F.5/S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years’ relevant experience within HA may also be considered.
