FINANCE CLERK/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Borough of Hamburg seeks a part‑time Finance Clerk/Administrative Assistant (30 hrs/week). Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, be detail oriented, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience multi‑tasking and handling diverse tasks is a plus. Knowledge of Edmunds or MSI is also a plus, but we will accept candidates willing to learn.
Duties may include processing accounts payable, daily deposits, purchase orders, bills and other matters as determined by the Finance Officer, aiding members of the public, assisting with group projects, processing incoming mail and maintaining office supplies inventory. Municipal government experience preferred but not required. Salary starts at $35,142.13 per year, no benefits.
