Receptionist
A South Jersey medical publisher is currently seeking a well-polished individual to fill the position of Receptionist.
The successful candidate must be able to answer incoming calls in a professional manner, greet co‑workers, clients, and salespeople in a friendly and courteous manner, maintain telephone lists, receive and distribute faxes and handle similar administrative tasks. The candidate must be dependable, have a pleasant telephone voice, and be gracious to callers and visitors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus. The selected employee will provide backup responsibilities to the Travel Agent as well as the Purchase Order team member for small items.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The base salary for this position is $19 to $20 per hour. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.
