Job Description- Provide support, organize, manage daily workflow, appointments, contacts, correspondence, incoming and returning phone call lists and assist with daily priorities while maintaining constant open communication.
- Anticipate all needs and conflicts and work with EVP, Growth & Partnerships and SVP & Sr. EP, CNBC Events and Councils to resolve.
- Protect confidential information and material while interacting with executives, talent, agents, and business associates of all levels internally and externally.
- Extensive calendar management while coordinating detailed logistics.
- Arrange all domestic and international travel.
- Corporate and personal event planning and coordination – making reservations and able to get reservations in tough venues
- Preparation and submittal of all expense reporting
- Approval/processing of all expense reports for travel.
- Car service reservations.
- Transportation for visitors and guests when necessary.
- Organize meetings, order food, order drinks, reserve conference rooms, etc.
- Help resolve all expense challenges encountered by employees.
- Work with HR, IT, telecom, facilities and any other O&T department on all aspects for a smooth transition for new hires on teams.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $70,000-$100,000
QualificationsQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 5 years of experience in news production and/or executive-level administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills; able to balance multiple projects in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed—especially during breaking news events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced media or production environment.
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive materials.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to analyze information and anticipate needs.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with News programming and on-air talent.
