Payment Processor/Lockbox Remittance Processing Associate

8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience

Zing is seeking a detail-oriented Lockbox Remittance Processing Associate to support a fast-paced payment processing operation in North Brunswick, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, production-driven environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and efficiency. • Process lockbox remittance payments with a high level of accuracy
• Sort, open, organize, and scan incoming mail using high-speed OPEX scanners
• Prepare and package processed remittances for client or bank delivery
• Ensure accounts are processed according to client specifications
• Maintain established production and accuracy standards
• Cross-train across roles and departments to support business needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

• Experience working in payment processing, lockbox operations, financial institutions, or HIPAA-compliant environments
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and follow written procedures accurately
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
• Computer literacy and familiarity with data entry systems
• Proficiency using a 10-key keypad
• Basic math skills and strong numeric accuracy
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

High school diploma or equivalent required

• Background check required
• Drug screening required
