Position: Office Coordinator: 6-Month Contract to Permanent
Location: Ledgewood

A small, family-owned Home Improvement company is seeking an Office Assistant to ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, have a positive attitude, and be comfortable with heavy phone contact and data entry. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling jobs, managing customer interactions, and supporting the Office Manager. Familiarity with PC applications like Word and Excel is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of office experience.

The role may transition from a contract to a permanent position.
