Job SummaryResponsible for performing routine administrative functions, ability to process, issue and distribute documents in a quality, timely and efficient manner. Prepare/performs administrative functions compile data, organization of documents, schedule meetings, answer telephones and provide information as required.

- Compile data, organize documents, schedule meetings, answer telephones, and provide information as required.
- Meet, greet, and direct internal and external constituents as needed for In-Processing.
- Clerical duties: filing, copying, satellite file updates, departmental filing, word processing.
- Extensive repetition of data input, hardcopy filing, copying.
- Work as a cooperative team member.
- Perform multiple tasks and assignments, with minimal guidance, to provide support on a variety of functions related to the department.
- Collect and prepare data for a variety of reports, correspondence, and documents.
- Screen and schedule all visitors according to NRC mandates.
- Adhere to strict guidelines and confidential information.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Applications.
- Ability to understand and comprehend company policies/procedures.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidential information.
- Must meet and maintain nuclear requirements for Unescorted Site Access.
- A valid Real an approved form of alternate documentation is required for this position by May 7, 2027.
- Compliance with the Department of Energy’s regulation 10 CFR 810 is required.
