This position will start out as a part-time position, but can potentially lead to a full-time position within a year.
Provide administrative support to our Executive Director, as well as occasional support to our clergy. This includes front desk receptionist responsibilities, including answering/screening all calls/visitors.
Other general administrative support functions will include, but are not limited to:- Creating documents and manage mailings
- Ordering and maintain supplies at the appropriate level
- Assist members with questions and requests as appropriate
- Track all incoming donations and provide timely acknowledgements
- Be able to perform basic trouble‑shouting operations on computer
- Ensure timely mailing of daily outgoing mail
- Collect and distribute mail to all staff and appropriate lay leaders
- Coordinate and produce office‑based mailings
- Other duties as assigned
