Vaco is currently in need of a Staff Accountant for a reputable and growing company near Caldwell, NJ. Must have public accounting experience.
The Staff Accountant is responsible for the following:
- Overseeing accounting operations
- Maintaining general ledger accounts
- Handling AP/AR
- Journal entries
- Managing account reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end close
- Preparing financial statements
Requirements for the Staff Accountant:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Public accounting experience is a MUST
- Strong Excel skills are highly preferred
