Location: Wall Township
Our client, a well known professional service company in the Wall NJ area, is currently adding an Accounts Payable Manager/Director to their team. This role will be a Hybrid Schedule.
In this role you will manage a small A/P team and manage all invoices to ensure they are properly posted to correct accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency with ERP systems and AP automation platforms – Microsoft Dynamics experience highly preferred.
Additionally, this role:- Manages Credit Cards and T&E Expense Reporting.
- Responsible for all aspects of assigned General Ledger accounts, including journal entry process, account reconciliation and analysis of account balances.
- Prepares reports and analysis to meet audit and tax requirements.
- Automate and make ERP process improvements for the department.
- Assists in budgeting and forecasting process.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance related field
- 4+ years of Accounts Payable Management experience
- ERP savvy
- Large ERP system experience – Microsoft Dynamics
