Senior Associate Recruiter-Vaco Accounting and Finance
Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr.
Vaco is currently in need of a Bookkeeper for a reputable company near Montvale, NJ.
Responsibilities- Process AP invoices
- File and manage documents
- Analyze aging reports and past due balances
- Handle AP/AR
- Perform account reconciliations
- Research and prepare journal entries
- Conduct job cost analysis
- Prepare work in progress reports
- University degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- Construction experience required
- Entry level
