We have an exciting opportunity located in Woodbridge, ON through Randstad Finance & Accounting. Randstad has partnered with a recognized organization, looking for a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. This role is crucial for managing high‑volume accounts payable, with a focus on processing invoices and handling customer program payments.

- Process high‑volume Accounts Payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and process customer program payments (e.g. co‑op, promotions, sales allowances, agreements for sales promotion).
- Ensure all payment requests and documentation comply with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Utilize SAP for all AP transactions and reporting.
- Assist with month‑end closing procedures related to Accounts Payable.
- Proven strong Accounts Payable background or general accounting experience with a heavy focus on AP.
- Direct experience processing customer program payments (e.g., co‑op, promotions, allowances).
- Strong SAP experience is a must.
- Experience handling high‑volume AP invoices.
- Ability to work fully onsite in the Woodbridge location.
