Overview
Recruiting Manager - Accounting & Finance. We are seeking an Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller level candidate to join our clients firm. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the CFO, with several direct reports.
Responsibilities- Oversee and execute day-to-day accounting operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain robust internal controls
- Manage the monthly close process
- Coordinate with the companys external accounting firm for the annual audit
- Partner with senior leadership to support FP&A activities, including trend analysis, variance reporting
- Support corporate tax planning in collaboration with external tax advisors
- Drive automation and process improvements
- Bachelors in Accounting
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP
- CPA is a plus
- Big 4 Experience is a plus
- Mid-Senior level
- Full-time
