Sr. Manager R2R Accounting & Reporting

Manager Reporting role in the Record to Report (R2R) Accounting and Reporting team responsible for overseeing accounting and reporting activities across all Divisions in the US.

• Leadership position in cross divisional Accounting & Reporting team responsible for technical accounting, month‑end closings, financial reporting, account reconciliations and liaison with internal and external auditors.
• Lead month‑end closing reporting process ensuring high‑quality financial statement footnote disclosures and refine process for efficiency.
• Interact proactively with functional areas (FRA, BPA, Group Finance, P&O, Treasury) to ensure appropriate accounting and financial reporting is accomplished.
• Complete monthly account analyses and account reconciliations.
• Ensure all processes and technical accounting summaries comply with Client standard policies and International Accounting Standards (IAS).
• Subject‑Matter Expert for ERP systems (SAP) and ADP payroll system.
• Subject‑Matter Expert for reporting tools (FCRS, IBI, BPC).
• Prepare or review balance sheet for select entities.
• Provide leadership and coaching to senior accountants.
• Support the team and business stakeholders with ad‑hoc analyses and activities as needed.
• Project‑management capabilities to help support implementation of related system upgrade.
• Participation in end‑to‑end process, controls mapping and execution of testing requirements.
• Ability to implement process improvements.
• Capability to streamline data preparation using advanced features of Excel and Alteryx.
• Provide informal managerial oversight to senior accountants to ensure quality, adherence to controls framework and day‑to‑day issue resolution.

• Number of business special processes standardized/Deliver business benefits and productivity improvements as per target.

• University level degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or MBA desirable.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CMA, or Chartered Accountant desirable.
• Lean/ Six Sigma Certified desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in accounting & reporting focused roles.
• Solid depth and expertise in SAP knowledge required and strong Excel skills.
• Strong process design experience with demonstrated ability to organize high volume and complexity of activities into streamlined process.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS (GAAP), accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience managing projects driving performance (e.g. ERP implementation).
• Good people skills, leadership exposure.
• Strong communications skills.
