The TM Receiver maintains inventory accuracy to keep shortages at or below store goals and maximizes sales by receiving and shipping freight promptly. They interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. They promote a safe work environment and adhere to safety training and guidelines.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and be available for varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  • Greet the Customer.
  • Uncover Customer’s Needs & Wants.
  • Recommend Product Solutions.
  • Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.
• Process inbound and outbound freight, maintain accurate inventory control, recover merchandise, and participate in mandatory freight processes.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area, maintain, recover, stock, and tag assigned work areas including merchandise displayed outside the store.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience that differentiates from the competition.
• Perform rotation, disposition of dated products, assemble merchandise, operate forklift, operate cardboard baler, and sanitize and maintain poultry holding tanks as required.
• Complete all documentation associated with job duties and obtain necessary licenses or certifications as needed.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years old or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Must read, write, and count accurately.

• Basic computer skills/experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.

• Indoor floors and outdoor lots, hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.). Lighting and temperature adequate.
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for team members and customers and adhere to company safety training and guidelines.

• Non-sedentary; must move throughout the store and outdoor areas quickly and safely.
• Operate forklift and use store equipment such as computer, cash register, and other store equipment.
• Lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds; pull up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders as needed.
• Read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation.
